Gilant P. appeared to be a kind and caring woman, but didn't work out for my son's tutoring needs. Within the month's time of having her tutor my son, she started off late to tutor sessions due to traveling issues and then scheduling problems arose. Within a month, our scheduled appointment's times and locations were changed several times making it very inconvenient and frustrating. Also, as expressed initially, my desire was to have one on one tutoring for my son. On one occasion, there were five or more children scheduled within the time my son was receiving tutoring which was disturbing to me. Consequently, I felt my child was not getting the appropriate attention and we had to discontinue her services. Overall, I don't know what kind of impact she would have made as a tutor for my son.

Ms. Gilant is a great tutor but she expects you to work hard. She gives a lot of homework that helps you to get better in the subject. My math grade went up from a 65 to a final grade of 81 at the end of the year. I graduated from 8th grade this June.
